Why I became a Personal Trainer
When I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 15, I thought there was no way I’d be able to get moving daily. Turns out it’s even MORE important for us Spoonies to get moving BECAUSE of our autoimmune disease. Which is why I became a Personal Trainer to prove that we can move our bodies in a FUN, safe, and empowering way regardless of limitations!!!
I’m here to be your accountability buddy & trainer! Just remember you’re never alone in this journey! We got this!
