Workout with me!

When I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 15, I thought there was no way I’d be able to get moving daily. Turns out it’s even MORE important for us Spoonies to get moving BECAUSE of our autoimmune disease. Which is why I became a Personal Trainer to prove that we can move our bodies in a FUN safe way regardless of limitations!!!
